中医妇科毕业实习带教方法探讨

中医妇科学是中医临床医学的重要组成部分,有很强的实践性。为进一步提高中医妇科毕业实习带教质量,建议从建立入科培训制度,出科考试制度;突出中医妇科特色,加强中医妇科临床思维能力的培训;增加教学内容,培养学生中西医结合处理妇科危急重症的能力;增加电化教学,努力提高临床动手操作能力等几方面着手,以期在有限的时间内获得最大的收获。

Discussion on Teaching Methods of Clinical Practice of Traditional Chinese Medicine Gynecology

Traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） gynecology is an important part of traditional Chinese clinical medicine and has an outstanding characteristic of practice . In order to enhance the teaching quality of clinical practice of TCM gynecology and obtain the best teaching effect in limited time,this article provides some advices as follows： to establish the rules of training before entering department and taking exam before leaving department; to enhance the training of clinical thinking activity of TCM gynecology and emphasize the characteristics of TCM gynecology; to train the activity of treating emergency and severe cases of gynecology adopting the method of integrated Chinese and western medicine; to improve the clinical operational skills and combine the audiovisual education.
