腰椎肿瘤的切除与重建

目的:探讨腰椎肿瘤的诊断和治疗。方法:对13例腰椎肿瘤患者的临床表现、手术方式、治疗效果进行分析。结果:术后随访6月~5年,12例近期疗效满意,局部疼痛和神经症状改善。结论:根据肿瘤侵犯的部位、性质,选择前路、后路或前后路联合手术。椎管减压、神经根松解、瘤体切除及脊柱稳定性重建能减轻或消除患者的疼痛,维持或改善神经功能,从而提高患者的生活质量。

Surgical Treatment of Lumbar Tumor

Objective: To study the diagnosis and treatment of the lumbar tumor. Methods: Clinical presentations, operation methods and prognosis of 13 cases were respectively studied. Results: The followup period ranged from 6 months to 5 years. The recent effects of operation were sat isfactory in 12 cases. The local pain and neurological symptoms were improved or resolved. Conclusion: Operative methods were selected acco rding to the location and region and characters of tumors. Completely removing o f the tumor, decompression of the spinal cord, and stabilization of the spine ca n relieve pain, maintain or improve neurological status of the patients, thus to improve the life qualities in these patients.
