血小板膜糖蛋白表达与急性脑梗死的相关性研究

目的：观察急性脑梗死患者血小板膜糖蛋白CD31、CD62p、CD63、PAC-1的表达,并分析血小板膜糖蛋白表达与临床神经功能缺损程度评分的相关性。方法：应用流式细胞术检测152例急性脑梗死患者和30例健康对照者血小板膜糖蛋白CD31、CD62p、CD63和PAC-1的表达。结果：急性脑梗死组患者血小板膜糖蛋白CD31、CD62p、CD63和PAC-1表达均显著高于对照组（均P〈0.01）。急性脑梗死组患者血小板膜糖蛋白CD62p和PAC-1与临床神经功能缺损程度评分呈显著正相关（分别P〈0.05,P〈0.01）。结论：急性脑梗死患者体内血小板活化程度明显增高;血小板膜糖蛋白CD62p、PAC-1表达与卒中病情严重程度密切相关,可以作为反映脑梗死病情变化、预测预后的敏感指标。

Study of the Relationship Between Expression of Platelet Membrane Glycoproteins and Acute Cerebral Infarction

Objective：To investigate the expression of platelet membrane glycoproteins in patients with acute cerebral infarction and to analyze the relationship between the expression of platelet membrane glycoproteins and clinical neurologic deficit scale.Methods：Flow cytometry was used to detect the expression of CD31,CD62p,CD63 and PAC-1 on platelet membrane of 152 patients with acute cerebral infarction and of 30 healthy control people.Results：The expression of CD31,CD62p,CD63 and PAC-1 of patients with acute cerebral infarction was significantly higher than that of healthy control people（P 0.01）.The expression of CD62p and PAC-1 of patients with acute cerebral infarction was positively related with clinical neurologic deficit scale（respectively P 0.05,P 0.01）.Conclusions：There is a significant platelet activation in the patients with acute cerebral infarction.The expression of CD62p and PAC-1 of patients with acute cerebral infarction was closely related with clinical severity of stroke,which can be regarded as the sensitive markers reflecting stroke patient＇s condition and predicting prognosis.
