| 摘 要： | 目的:通过对比观察针药结合治疗血瘀型原发性三叉神经痛(TN)的可行性及有效性评价,旨在为血瘀型TN寻求一种疗效确切、持久而副反应少的临床治疗模式。方法:将96例符合TN入选标准的患者,随机分成治疗组及对照组,按就诊顺序录入。治疗组给予针灸、自拟汤药结合治疗共完成47例;对照组给予单纯卡马西平治疗共完成44例,疗程均为1个月,采用了Huskisson"视觉模拟评分法(VAS)"和制定的"三叉神经痛症状分级量化表",在疗后90天评定,得出疗效评价并判断安全性。结果:两组在VAS疼痛改善程度上无显著性差异,疗效相当(P0.05);两组症状量化积分总疗效比较,无显著性差异,疗效相当(P0.05);治疗组在消除兼证的疗效上明显优于对照组(P0.05)。结论:针刺加自拟汤药治疗血瘀型TN疗效确切、安全,且在消除不寐、情绪抑郁或烦躁不安等兼证方面优于卡马西平。 |
