| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨CD44V6基因蛋白在鼻咽低分化鳞癌组织的表达及其临床意义。方法:用免疫组织化学S-P法,检测56例鼻咽低分化鳞癌,8例鼻咽慢性炎组织中CD44V6基因蛋白的表达情况,并分析其临床病理意义。结果:鼻咽癌组CD44V6表达阳性率显著高于鼻咽慢性炎组（P<0.01）;鼻咽癌颈淋巴结转移组表达阳性率显著高于无颈淋巴结转移组（P<0.01）。结论:CD44V6异常表达对于鼻咽癌的恶性程度及转移潜能的判断具有一定意义。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate whether expression of CD44V6 may corelate with the clinical evolution and metastasis of undifferentiated nasopharyngeal carcinoma (UNPC) . Methods: Fifty-six UNPC and eight chronic nasopharyngitis tissue sample were analysed by immunohistochemistry for the expression of CD44V6. The protein expression data were evaluated statistically for any correlations with clinically-mphy node metastasis. Results: CD44V6 expression was low in chronic nasopharyngitis mucosa(37.5 % ) and higher in UNPC (87.5% ) . UNPC with lymph node metastasis expressed significantly more CD44V6 than did those without lymph node metastasis, 35 of 37 (94.6% ) versus 11 of 19 (57.9%); P<0.01; Conclusions: Over expression of CD44V6 may play and important role to judge malignant extent and metastasis in NPC. |
