中西医结合治疗肺肾气虚型慢性肺源性心脏病的临床研究

目的：研究中西医结合治疗肺肾气虚型慢性肺源性心脏病的临床价值。方法：选择2006年9月～2010年9月于本院住院治疗的82例急性发作期的肺肾气虚型慢性肺源性心脏病患者作为治疗组,选取同期住院接受治疗的84例患者作为对照组,对照组予常规抗感染、化痰平喘药,治疗组在其基础上加参附注射液静脉滴注,1个疗程后比较两组疗效。结果：两组治疗前、后组内比较呼吸困难评分肺功能指标均有显著改善;相比对照组治疗组上述结果优于对照组,其中治疗组有效率为92.68%,对照组为66.67%,且结果差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：中西医结合治疗肺肾气虚型慢性肺源性心脏病可有效控制病情,提高肺功能,疗效显著。

Clinical analysis of investigate the significance of integration of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in treating chronic pulmonary heart disease

Objective：To investigate the clinical significance of integration of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in treating chronic pulmonary heart disease.Methods：Selected 82 cases with chronic pulmonary heart disease during Sep.2006 to Sep.2010 in our hospital as therapy group.And selected the same period to be hospitalized for treatment of 84 patients as control group,the control group to conventional anti-inflammatory,expectorant and asthma,the treatment group based in the add and injection with SF injection,a course compared two sets of curative effect.Results：Two groups before and after the treatment group was difficulty breathing score in the lung function indexes had significant improvement;The above results compared with controls the treatment group than in control group,including effective rate was 92.68% in treatment group and 66.67% in control group,and the results were statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：It show obvious advantages in treating chronic pulmonary heart disease with integration of traditional Chinese and Western medicine,which is worthy of clinical promotion or can be recognized as a prior choice in treating.
