小肠内排列术在预防粘连性肠梗阻中的应用

目的：探讨小肠内排列术在预防粘连性肠梗阻中的应用价值,提高粘连性肠梗阻的治疗效果。方法：采用小肠内排列术治疗广泛性粘连性肠梗阻48例,并进行术后跟踪随访。结果：48例均为完全性肠梗阻,首次梗阻12例,多次梗阻36例;合并肠坏死2例,术中分破肠管2例,加行肠管部分切除和修补术;术后无并发症发生,治愈率为100%;随访3个月～7年,未再发梗阻。结论：小肠内排列术安全、易行,是预防广泛性粘连性肠梗阻的有效手段,具有很高的推广价值。

The applying of internals tenting in preventing adhesive intestinal obstruction

Objective：To investigate the valuation of internals tennting in preventing adhesive intestinal obstruction.Methods：48 cases of extensive adhesive internal obstruction received internals tenting and follow-up.Results：All of the 48 cases were complete internal obstruction.12 cases were first-time obstruction,36 cases were repeated;2 cases were complicated with local necrosis of intestine,intestines of 2 cases were split during operations,partial resections and repairs of intestines of 2 cases were split during operations,partial resections and repairs of intestine were added;no complication after operation,the rate of cure was 100%;no recurrence was found after follow-up 3 months to 7 years.Conclusion：Internals tenting is a safe,easy and efficacious method in preventing extensive adhesive intestinal obstruction;it is very valuable to spread.
