企业干部退休初期心理健康状态调查

目的了解企业干部退休初期心理健康状况,为有针对性地开展工作提供依据。方法采用整群抽样法抽取唐山市开滦集团411名退休干部进行症状自评量表评估。结果干部退休初期心理健康各因子得分,除躯体化(t=4.32,P<0.01)高于常模外,其他7个因子分明显低于全国常模(P<0.01);不同性别的干部退休初期在恐怖因子上存在显著差异(t=-2.71,P<0.05);不同类别的干部退休初期在躯体化、强迫等7个因子上存在显著差异(P<0.05);有身体疾病的干部退休初期心理健康的各个因子得分均显著高于没有身体疾病的干部(P<0.05)。结论企业干部退休初期的心理健康状况良好,一般干部的心理健康状况明显差于管理干部,有躯体疾病的干部退休初期心理健康状况差于无躯体疾病的人群。

Analysis on the Status of Mental Health for Retired Enterprise Cadres in Initial Period.

Objective To explore the status of mental health of retired enterprise cadres.Methods A total of 411 retired cadres from Kailuan Group Corporation Ltd were tested by using SCL-90.Results Seven factor scores of SCI-90 of retired cadres in initial period were significantly lower than the norm（P0.05）,except for Somatization（t=4.32,P0.01）;there was significant gender difference in Photic anxiety（t=-2.71,P0.05）;there were significant class differences on 7 factor scores such as Somatization,the Obsessive-Compulsive,et al（P0.05）;there were significant differences on all factors of SCL-90 in health status of retired cadres.Conclusion The mental health level of retired cadres in initial period is high,the mental health of ordinary cadres are lower than those of administrative cadres;the mental health of ill retires cadres are lower than those of non-ill retired cadres.
