| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨及分析去标准骨瓣治疗大脑半球脑肿胀。方法：对去标准骨瓣治疗大脑半球脑肿胀的临床资料分析。结果：本组恢复良好18例,轻度残废9例,中度残废7例,重度残废2例。手术无明显并发症。结论：去标准骨瓣治疗大脑半球脑肿胀是一种比较积极,有效,有针对性的措施。对患者的恢复、降低病死率、减少致残率有很大的关系,值得在临床实践中推广及应用。

| Abstract: | Objective：To investigate and analyze out-standard trauma to treat with the cerebral hemispheres brain swelling.Methods：Analyzed the clinical data of out-standard large trauma to treat with cerebral hemispheres brain swelling.Results：18 cases had good recovery,9 cases had mild disability and 2 cases were severe disability,there were no significant complications in the surgery.Conclusion：The out-standard large trauma to treat with cerebral hemispheres brain swelling is a good measure with active,effective,and targeted.It can reduce the mortality,reduce disability,and should promote in clinical practice and application. |
