我院2010年住院患者医院感染病例分析

目的：了解医院住院患者医院感染的临床特点,以便加强对医院感染高发科室的动态监测和预防与控制。方法：利用前瞻性和回顾性调查的方法,监测2010年1～12月出院患者病历18289份,对所发生的医院感染115例病例进行统计分析。结果：2010年医院感染率为0.63%,其中脑系科和肿瘤血液科为高发科室,感染率分别为2.1%和1.7%;感染高发部位为上、下呼吸道。结论：应加强对重点科室、重点病种和重点人群医院感染的监控。

Analysis of patients' nosocomial infection in our hospital in 2010

Objective：To investigate the clinical characteristics of inpatients＇ nosocomial infection,to strengthen the dynamic monitoring,prevention and control of nosocomial infection in high incidence of departments＇.Methods：115 cases of nosocomial infection were analyzed by using forward-looking and review investigation in 18 289 cases from Jan.to Dec.in 2010.Results：The incidence rate of nosocomial infection was 0.63% in 2010;The highest infection departments were department of Brain Science（2.1%）,department of Oncology and Hematology（1.7%）;The highest infection sites were respiratory tract.Conclusion：It should strengthen the nosocomial infection＇s monitoring of important departments,diseases and crowd.
