阑尾周围病变误诊分析

目的：分析阑尾切除手术中其周围意外病变的误诊原因。方法：回顾分析15例误诊为急性阑尾炎患者的临床资料。结果：术中见腹腔积血5例,积液3例;确诊为胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔5例,结石性胆囊炎发作2例,右侧输卵管囊肿蒂扭转坏死2例,右侧输卵管积脓、异位妊娠、卵巢巧克力囊肿破裂、右侧输尿管结石、肠系膜淋巴结炎、梅克尔憩室炎各1例。结论：重视问诊、查体、结合辅助检查、正确把握急性阑尾炎典型症状,加强对急性阑尾炎的诊断技能,可避免误诊,提高诊断准确性。

Misdiagnosis analysis of surrounding tissue pathological changes as appendicitis

Objective：To analyze the reason of misdiagnose surrounding tissue pathological changes as acute appendicitis in the ecphyadectomy.Methods：Reviewed and analyzed the 15 cases who were misdiagnosed as the clinical data of patients with acute appendicitis.Results：There were 5 cases with hemoperitoneum,3 cases with seroperitoneum;5 cases with acute perforation gastroduodenal ulcer,2 cases with calculous cholecystitis,2 cases with right side torsion ovarian pedicle necrosis,and right side pyosalpinx,ectopic pregnancy,ruptured chocolate cyst of ovary,right ureteral calculus,mesenteric lymphadenitis,Meckel＇ sdiverticulitis each had 1 case.Conclusion：Pay attention to such interrogation with auxiliary examination correctly grasp the acute appendicitis typical symptoms,strengthen the diagnosis of acute appendicitis skills,can avoid misdiagnosis,improve the diagnostic accuracy.
