| Abstract: | Objective To study the relationship of subjective well-being and social support of new citizens.Methods A total of 360 new citizens were measured with the Subjective well-being Scale for Chinese Citizens（SWB-CC） and Social Support Rating Scale（SSRS）.Rusults The new citizens＇ scores of subjective well-being were significantly higher than those of the citizens（t=8.75,P0.001）;subjective well-being was positively correlated with social support（r=0.465,P0.01）,with also both objective and subjective supports as well as the utilization of the supports of new citizens significantly（r=0.257,0.401,0.336;P0.01）.Conclusion Subjective well-being and social support of new citizens were inferior to usual citizens. |
