微波治疗耳廓假性囊肿的临床疗效与分析

目的：观察微波治疗耳廓假性囊肿的临床疗效,并随访远期预后结果。方法：选择入本院的58例患者,随机选择38例为观察组,采用微波治疗,余20例为对照组,采用传统方法治疗,观察不同方法的治疗效果及远期预后。结果：观察组治愈率、总有效率较对照组比较有差异,结果差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,观察组预后复发率较低。结论：微波治疗耳廓假性囊肿具有较好的治愈率,对比传统方法有很多优点,值得临床推广。

Analysis of the clinical efficacy of microwave treatment on auricular pseudocyst

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of using microwave treatment on auricular pseudocyst,and its prognosis.Methods：Chose 58 patients in our hospital,randomly selected 38 cases as observation group and used microwave treatment,the rest 20 cases as control group and used tradition methods,to observed the clinical efficacy and prognosis of different methods.Results：The observation group cure rate,the total effective rate was compared had difference,the result was statistically significant differences（P〈0.05）,the recurernce rate of observation group was lower.Conclusion：Microwave treatment auricle pseudocyst has good cure rate,compared to traditional method has many advantages,and is worth to clinical promotion.
