78例脑血栓患者社区康复护理分析

目的：探讨脑血栓患者社区康复护理方法,为社区脑血栓患者的康复提供依据。方法：对收治的78例脑血栓患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：78例脑血栓患者经过6个月的社区康复护理,完全恢复自理34例,占43.59%;部分恢复自理40例,占51.28%;症状体征无改善4例,占5.13%。结论：脑血栓社区康复护理将成为今后脑血栓患者康复的主要形式,对脑血栓患者实施全面完整的社区康复护理,可最大限度地促进患者的康复。

Analysis of the community rehabilitation nursing care in 78 cerebral thrombus patients

Objective：To explore the method of the community rehabilitation nursing care in 78 cerebral thrombus patients,to provide community rehabilitation basis for the patients with cerebral thrombus.Methods：The clinical data of 78 cerebral thrombus patients were retrospectivly analyzed.Results：After six months,34 patients（43.59%） were fully recovered themselves,40 patients（51.28%） were partly recovered themselves,and 4 patients didn＇t improved.Conclusion：Cerebral thrombus community rehabilitation care will become the main form of patients with stroke rehabilitation.For patients with cerebral thrombus implement comprehensive full community rehabilitation nursing,can maximize the promote recovery of patient.
