| Abstract: | Objective To explore on relationship between vocational college students personality and self consistency and congruence. Methods A total of 598 vocational college students were assessed with 16PF and self consistency and congruence scale. Results Emotional personality and adaptive personality could significantly predict self consistency and congruence （r =-0. 56, -0.13 ;P〈0. 01）. Conclusion Many factors affect self consistency and congruence of vocational college students, one of them is personality which has close relationship with self consistency and congruence. |
