外固定支架治疗不稳定性桡骨远端骨折

目的：探讨外固定支架治疗不稳定性桡骨远端骨折的临床应用。方法：选取本院2008年1月～2011年6月收治的25例不稳定性桡骨远端骨折患者,应用外固定支架进行治疗,观察疗效。结果：所有患者均于6～8周拆除外固定支架,全部骨性愈合。桡骨远端关节面恢复程度好,均在2mm内,按Dienst功能评估标准评价治疗效果,优良率为91.5%。结论：应用外固定支架治疗不稳定性桡骨远端骨折,有效解决了传统手法复位后应用夹板或石膏固定时缺乏支撑的缺点,临床效果较好。

External fixation of unstable distal radius fractures

Objective：To investigate the clinical application of external fixation of unstable distal radius fractures.Methods：Selected 25 patients with unstable distal radial fracture patients in our hospital from January 2008 to June 2011,the application of external fixation for treatment effects were observed.Results：All patients were at 6-8 weeks after removal of the external fixator,all patients completed union was accomplished.Distal articular surface of the degree of recovery was good,all in 2 mm,the functional evaluation criteria was estimated according to dienst evaluate the therapeutic effect,and the excellent rate was 91.5%.Conclusion：The treatment of unstable external fixation of distal radius fractures is good,it is an effective solution to the traditional manual reduction applied when the splint or cast immobilization for the shortcomings of the lack of support,has good clinical results.
