依那普利与卡托普利降压效果与心率变化临床观察

目的：观察依那普利和卡托普利治疗原发性高血压的临床疗效。方法：将96例原发性高血压患者随机分为依那普利组、卡托普利组各48例,对比观察两组疗效以及二者对心率、血脂、肾功能、血糖的影响。结果：依那普利治疗组显效40例,有效7例,无效1例,总有效率为97.6%。卡托普利治疗组显效37例,有效3例,无效8例,总有效率为83.3%。两组治疗前后心率变化有显著差异,血脂、血糖、肾功能无显著差异。结论：依那普利在临床中降压效果优于卡托普利,降压平稳,血压波动少于卡托普利,对心率影响轻微。

Clinical observation of enalapril and captopril on antihypertensive and heart rate change

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of enalapril and captopril on hypertension patient.Methods：96 cases of hypertension were randomly divided into enalapril treatment group,captopril treatment group.Compared the antihypertensive effects,the change of heart rate,blood lipids,renal function,and blood glucose of the two groups were observed.Results：In enalapril treatment group there were 40 cases had significant effect,7 cases were effectiveness,1 patient was inefficiency,the total efficiency was 97.6%.In captopril treatment group there were 37 cases had significant effect,3 cases were effectiveness,8 patients were inefficiency,the total efficiency was 83.3%.Two group＇s heart rate were significantly different between pretherapy and post-treatment,but blood lipids,blood glucose,renal function was not significantly different.Conclusion：In the clinical the antihypertensive effects enalapril outstrip is better than captopril,antihypertensive effects stable,less blood pressure fluctuation,and influence heart rate is more slightly than captopril.
