近年健康体检者乙型肝炎表面抗原携带情况结果分析

目的：了解健康体检者乙型肝炎表面抗原（HBsAg）携带情况,探讨更加有效的预防控制措施。方法：对2007年9月～2010年8月的37970名来该院进行健康体检者的静脉血样,采用酶联免疫吸附试验法（ELISA）检测HBsAg。结果：37970名健康体检者中,HBsAg阳性1416名,阳性率为3.7%。其中男性阳性率为4.0%,女性阳性率为3.3%。结论：2007年9月～2010年8月乙型肝炎病毒携带者呈逐年上升趋势,并且男性高于女性,HBsAg阳性者集中于46～60岁年龄组,做好HBsAg监测工作,预防和降低乙型肝炎感染刻不容缓。

Analysis of the carrying status o f surface antigen of Hepatitis B in the healthy people who received a health checkup in recent years

Objective：To analyze the carrying status of HBsAg in the healthy people who received a health checkup,and explore a more effective precaution.Methods：The enzyme linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA） was used to detect the HBsAg of venous blood of the 37 970 healthy people who received a health checkup in Nanjing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine between September 2007 and August 2010.Results：In the 37 970 healthy people who received a health checkup,the positive rate of HBsAg was 3.7%（1 416/37 970）.The positive rate of male was 4.0%,and the positive rate of female was 3.3%.Conclusion：Between September 2007 and August 2010,the Hepatitis B virus carrier increases graduallly,and the male are more than the female.The healthy people whose HBsAg are positive are concentrated in the age of 46 to 60.More work shoule to be taken to monitor the HBsAg,and it is of great urgency to prevent and reduce the infection of Hepatitis B.
