高校教师肠易激综合征的流行病学调查及其心理因素的关系

肠易激综合征是一种全球范围流行的功能性肠病，其难治愈、易复发的特征严重影响患者的生活质量，也给社会带来巨大的经济负担。肠易激综合征患病率在不同区域、不同国家甚至同一国家内部都存在差异。虽然肠易激综合征的致病机制尚未完全明确，但其由多种因素共同作用下诱发而成已获得众多学者的认可。近期研究发现社会心理因素、生活及饮食习惯、肠道菌群失调、肠道感染、内源性大麻素系统异常以及维生素D缺乏等致病因素在肠易激综合征发病中起重要作用。本文主要从肠易激综合征流行病学特征与致病因素两方面的最新研究进展进行综述。

Irritable bowel syndrome

Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) is a worldwide epidemic of functional bowel disease. Its characteristics of difficult to cure and easy to relapse seriously affect the quality of life of patients and also bring huge economic burden to the society. The prevalence of irritable bowel syndrome varies from region to region, country to country and even within one country. Although the pathogenesis of IBS is not clear, it is believed that IBS is induced by multiple factors. Recent studies have found that psychosocial factors, life and diet habits, intestinal flora disorders, intestinal infection, endogenous cannabinoid system abnormalities, vitamin D deficiency and other pathogenic factors play important roles in the pathogenesis of IBS. The study reviews the recent research progress related to IBS from the aspects of the epidemiology and pathogenic factors.
