从护患关系入手加强精神病科安全管理

目的 加强护理安全管理，减少精神科患者的伤害。方法 从加强职业道德、增强安全意识、运用双向思维、掌握交流技巧、造就和谐病区等方面增进护患关系，杜绝精神科安全隐患。结果 护患关系改善，精神科安全管理更直接、有效。结论 加强护理人员各方面综合素质的培养，建立和谐护患关系，有利于患者朝康复的方向发展，保证精神科患者的安全。

Strengthening safety management in department of psychiatry starting with nurse- patient relationship

Objective To strengthen the safety management of nursing care, and to reduce the unnecessary injure of patients in the department of psychiatry. Methods The nurse-patient relationships were improved by strengthening the professional ethics, enhancing the sense of safety, applying the double-aspects thinking, managing the communication skill and contributing a peaceful environment in the hospital. At the same time, the dangers in the department of psychiatry were avoided as much as possible. Results The safety management in the department of psychiatry was much direct and more effective through strengthening the nurse-patient relationship. Conclusions Strengthening the training of integrated qualifications of the nurses and founding the peaceful nurse-patient relationships are good for the rehabilitation of patients and can ensure the safety of patients in the department of psychiatry.
