自发性丘脑出血30例临床分析

本文报告30例经 CT 扫描证实的丘脑出血,对其临床表现、诊断、治疗及预后进行了分析。高血压为其主要病因;其临床表现各异,主要有:意识障碍(9例)、偏瘫(20例)、偏身感觉障碍(16例)和住院期眼征(14例)。CT 扫描发现平均出血量为6.4ml,中线移位6例(20%),破入脑室12例(40%)。本组均采用内科保守治疗,死亡率为10%。与颅内高压有关。

Clinical Analysis of 30 Cases of Spontaneous Thalamic Hemorrhage

This article reports 30 patients with CT scan-confirmed thalamic hemor- rhage and discusses their clinic manifestations,diagnosis,treatment and prognosis. Their main cause was hypertension;clinical symptoms and signs were different. Their main manifestations included conciousness disturhance(9 cases),hemiplegia (20 cases),hemidysesthesia(16 cases)and eye signs(14 cases)during hospitaliza- tion.According to the CT scan findings,the average amount of bleeding was 6.4ml;brain midline displacement occured in 6 cases(20%),and rupture into the brain ventricular system,12 cases(40%).All were treated conservatively,and the mortality rate was 10%,being concerned with ICH.
