心理护理对帕金森病伴发抑郁的作用

目的探讨心理护理干预对帕金森病(PD)患者抑郁症抑郁症状的作用及影响。方法用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)对85例PD伴抑郁患者进行测评。随机分为试验组44例,对照组41例,试验组在药物综合治疗基础上给予心理护理干预,并在治疗2个月末再次进行抑郁自评量表评估。结果经心理护理干预,试验组患者抑郁症状明显减轻(P<0.001)。结论心理护理干预可有效地改善患者的抑郁症状,对患者身心康复具有重要作用和影响。

Clinical observation of psychotherapeutic intervention for depression in Parkinson's disease

Objective To investigate the efficacy of psychotherapy in Parkinson's disease (PD) with depression. Methods Eighty-five PD patients with depression were assigned randomly into treatment group (44 cases) and controls (41 cases), the treatment group received psychotherapy in addition to anti-parkinsonian drugs. Before the beginning of the therapy and after 2 months, depression symptoms were evaluated by the brief Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HAMD). Results The scores of depression were decreased significantly in treatment group compared with controls (P<0.001). Conclusion Psychotherapeutic intervention could improve health-related quality of life in PD with depression.
