支气管肺炎患儿治疗前后血清IGF-Ⅱ和白三烯测定的临床意义

目的探讨支气管肺炎患儿治疗前后血清IGF-Ⅱ和白三烯水平的变化意义。方法应用放射免疫分析法和酶联法对36例支气管肺炎患儿进行了治疗前后血清IGF-Ⅱ和白三烯水平检测，并与35例正常健康儿作比较。结果在治疗前血清IGF—Ⅱ和白三烯水平非常显著地高于正常人组（P〈0．01）。经治疗1周后则与正常人比较差异无显著性（P〉0．05）。结论检测支气管肺炎患儿血清中IGF-Ⅱ和白三烯水平对疾病的治疗和预后有十分重要的临床价值。

Clinical significance of determination of changes of serum IGF-Ⅱ and cysteine LTS before and after treatment in pediatric patients with bronchopneumonia

Objective To explore the significance of shanges of serum IGF-Ⅱ and eysteine LTS levels before and after treatment in patients with bronehopneumonia. Methods Serum eysteine LTS levels were tested with ELISA method both before and after treatment in 36 pediatric patients with bronehopneumonia and 35 controls. Results Before treatment the serum levels of IGF- Ⅱ and cysteine LTS were significantly higher in the patients than those in controls （ P 〈 0.01 ）. One week after the completion of treatment the serum IGF- Ⅱ and eysteine LTS levels returned to normal with no significant difference from those in the controls （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Determination of serum IGF-Ⅱ and eysteine LTS levels is clinically useful in the management of pediatric patients with bronchopneumonia.
