| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨维他三维能手比色板任金属陶瓷修复治疗中的应用效果。方法：采用修复前比色，修复体制作完成后，在模型上和在口腔内核对颜色的方法，评价颜色复制效果。结果：修复体完成后，在口腔内核对颜色时，用维他三维能手比色板组，94．2％的患者对颜色满意，用维他经典比色板组，89．4％的患者对颜色满意。结论：维他三维能手比色板比维他经典比色板覆盖的颜色空间更宽，临床使用更加方便、快捷，在金属陶瓷修复治疗中的应用，效果令人满意。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: The effects of Vitapan 3-D Master Shade Guide were investigated in the fabrication of porcelainfused to metal restorations. Method: The effects of color duplication were evaluated through color election before restoring,color check on model and in patients mouth after restoration finished. Results: The rates of satisfaction of the patientsused Vitapan 3-D Master Shade Guide and ones used Vitapan Classical Shade Guide were 94.2% and 89.4% respectivelywhen checking the color of finished restorations with their teeth. Conclusion: Because Vitapan 3-D Master Shade Guidecovers wider color than Vitapan Classical Shade Guide, the former is more useful in the range of metal ceramic restorations. |
