| 摘 要： | 目的：探索眶上锁孔入路切除鞍结节脑膜瘤的手术方法与疗效.方法：经眶上锁孔入路,显微手术切除11例中、小型鞍结节脑膜瘤.结果：11（100%）例全切除,所有病人术后恢复良好.结论：眶上锁孔入路可以提供足够的颅内外操作空间对鞍区病变进行切除;方法简便、疗效可靠.

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the method and the post-operative effect of tuberculum sellar meningioma via orbital roof approach through eyebrow incision.Method:Small and medium-sized suprasellar mengioma was removed with microsurgery via orbital roof approach through eyebrow incision.Result:Total resection of tumors in 11/11(100%).Eveng patient had a good recovery after operation.Conclution:Enough intra-and extra-cranial space could be provided to operate via the orbital roof approach to tuberculum sellar meningioma;The method was reliable and convenient. |
