社区无业贫困精神病患者免费服药效果评估

目的评价对贫困精神病患者实施免费服药的效果，为进一步落实免费服药实事项目提供依据。方法设计效果评估调查表，对516名符合享受免费服药条件的社区贫困精神病患者进行调查，并就相关指标进行免费服药前后比较。结果免费服药后，患者的门诊诊疗依从性提高了15．31％，服药依从性提高了11．63％；病情处于稳定状态的患者数有明显增加。在个人生活料理、参与家庭生活能力以及症状方面有所改善。感受社会关爱的满意度明显提高。结论免费服药项目效果明显，充分体现了政府实事工程所带来的社会效益，应继续坚持。

Effect evaluation on taking medicine free of charge of jobless and poverty psychotic in community

Objective To evaluate the effect on taking medicine free of charge of poverty psychotic and offer basis for further carrying out practical project of taking medicine free of charge. Method To investigate 516 poverty psychotic consistent with the condition of taking medicine free of charge in community by self-- designed effect evaluation questionnaire and compare with the relative index before and after taking medicine. Results Af- ter taking medicine free of charge, clinic service compliance of psychotic increased 15.31% and taking medicine compliance increased 11.63% ;The number of psychotic in steady state was obviously increased. Their ability of individual life management and participating in family living and their symptom were improved. The psychotic＇s satisfaction of society care also increased. Conclusion The project＇s effects of taking medicine free of charge are obvious and thoroughly reflect the social effects brought about from government practical project and should be insisted on.
