血管内皮生长因子、血清皮质醇、尿儿茶酚胺在阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征中的意义探讨

摘    要:目的 检测阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome,OSAHS)患者血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)、血清皮质醇及夜间尿儿茶酚胺(UCA)的浓度,初步探讨其在OSAHS并发心脑血管疾病中的意义.方法 65例OSAHS合并心脑血管病患者、70例单纯OSAHS患者、74例正常对照组,检测血浆VEGF、血清皮质醇和夜间UCA浓度.结果 血浆VEGF、血清皮质醇及夜间UCA在OSAHS患者高于正常人,OSAHS合并心脑血管病患者更高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 OSAHS患者血浆VEGF、血清皮质醇和夜间UCA浓度均较正常对照组升高;合并心脑血管病的OSAHS患者比单纯OSAHS患者血浆VEGF、血清皮质醇和夜间UCA浓度升高更显著;血浆VEGF、血清皮质醇及夜间UCA浓度升高在OSAHS患者并发心脑血管疾病中可能起着重要作用.

Abstract:Objective To test the concentrations of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),blood hydrocortisonc and night urinary catecholamines(UCA) in patients with obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS) and probe into their roles in OSAHS with cardiovascular or ccrebrovascular disease. Methods The concentrations of VEGF, blood hydrocortisone and night UCA were tested in 65 OSAHS patients with cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases, 70 OSAHS patients without cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases and 74 healthy adults. Results The concentrations of VEGF,blood hydrocortisone and night UCA in OSAHS patients were found to be significantly higher compared with those of healthy subjects,the concentrations in OSAHS patients with cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases were more higher( P<0.05). Conclusions The concentrations of VEGF, blood hydrocortisone and night UCA rise in patients with OSAHS and those of OSAHS patients with cardiovascular or cerebrovaseular diseases rise more evidently. VEGF, blood hydrocortisone and night UCA may contribute to the cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases in OSAHS patients.
