| 摘 要： | 目的 研究细胞调控蛋白p27及其相关分子JAB1在肝细胞肝癌(HCC)中的表达及意义.方法 选取60例HCC及癌旁组织,10例肝血管瘤旁肝组织病例,采用免疫组化检测p27及JAB1的表达.结果 p27主要在癌旁高表达,而JAB1蛋白在大部分HCA3组织中的表达高于对应癌旁组织.JAB1在HCC中表达高于癌旁和血管瘤旁肝组织.p27在正常组织和癌旁组织的表达高于HCC组织.结论 JAB1蛋白表达与p27呈负相关;JAB1可能是通过作用于p27,使其表达及代谢发生异常,导致细胞周期失控参与了HCA:的发生和发展.
