| 摘 要： | 目的探讨新生儿先天性肛门闭锁术前术后的护理措施,以提高临床治疗效果。方法回顾性总结我院2002年3月至2009年3月32例新生儿先天性肛门闭锁的护理过程。结果30例新生儿先天性肛门闭锁患儿彻底治愈,治愈率93.75%,经随访,在1.0～1.5岁时已有正常排便习惯和正常的肛门功能,2例需二次手术。结论充分的术前准备和完善的术后护理可提高新生儿肛门先天性闭锁手术治愈率,是护理过程的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the nursing measures before and after operation of neonatal congenital anal atresia surgery,in order to improve the clinical therapy effects.Methods A total of 32 patients with neonatal congenital anal atresia treated in our hospatal from March 2002 to March 2009 were summarized retrospectively.Results There were 30 cases with a successful cure,the cure rate was 93.75%,it has normal bowel habits and anal functions when 1-1.5 years old after follow up.2 needed further surgeries.Conclusion Sufficient preparation before operation and perfect treatment after operation can improve the clinical cure rate and it is the key of nursing process. |
