| 摘 要： | 目的建立盐酸伊立替康中有关物质的分离测定方法。方法十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为固定相,磷酸盐(pH4.0)-乙腈-甲醇为流动相,检测波长220 nm。结果杂质与伊立替康分离度良好,精密度、重复性、溶液稳定性结果良好。结论本方法可以用于盐酸伊立替康中有关物质的检测。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of irinotecan hydrochloride and its related substances. Methods C18 column was used with the mobile phase of phosphate buffer（ pH 4.0 ） - acetonitrile - methanol. The detection wavelength was 220 nm. Results The resolution between irinotecan hydroehloride and its related substance were good. The results of precision, repeatability and solution stability were well. Conclusion The method was suitable for detection of irinotecan hydrochloride and its related substance. |
