摘    要:目的建立高效液相色谱法测定维生素C片中维生素C含量的方法。方法以二巯基丙烷磺酸钠为抗氧剂,采用Hypersil ODS C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),以磷酸盐缓冲液(取磷酸氢二钾4 g与磷酸二氢钾16 g,加煮沸过的冷水溶解并稀释至2 000 mL,pH调节至6.0±0.1)-甲醇(95∶5)为流动相;流速1.0 mL.min-1;检测波长为266 nm;进样量20μL。结果维生素C的线性回归方程为Y=99.984 5X-0.004 0(r=1.000 0),线性范围为5~30μg.mL-1,平均回收率为99.70%(n=6,RSD为0.65%)。结论该方法操作简便,结果准确,可用于维生素C片的含量测定和质量控制。

Abstract:Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of Vitamin C in Vitam C Tablet. Methods Dimercaptopropyl sulphonie acid sodium salt was used as antioxidant. Hypersil ODS C18 column (4.6 mm× 250 mm,5μm)was adopted with phosphate buffer(4 g potassium hydrogen phosphate and 16 g potassium dihydrogen phosphate were dissolved by boiled cold water and diluted to 2 000 mL, adjusted pH to 6.0 ± 0.1 ) - methanol ( 95 : 5 ) as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 mL · min^- 1 , the detection wavelength was 266 nm and the injection volume was 20 μL. Results The regression equation of Vitamin C was Y = 99.984 5X - 0. 004 0 ( r = 1. 000 0 ) , the linear range was 5 - 30 μg · mL^- 1 and the average recovery was 99.70% ( n = 9,RSD = 0.65% ). Conclusion This method was simple and accurate, and it can be used for the determination and quality control of Vitamin C Tablet.
