| 摘 要： | <正>自2002年1月至2007年1月,采用改良复位法治疗髋关节后脱位16例,效果良好,现总结报告如下。1临床资料本组16例,男12例,女4例;年龄20～56岁,平均34岁。均为髋关节后脱位。交通事故伤13例,坠落伤3例。均于伤后10h内就诊。按Thompson分型:Ⅰ型10例,Ⅱ型4例,Ⅲ型2例。其中1例Ⅲ型病例,因复位后发现关节腔内有碎骨块,行手术治疗。
