舌癌微电脑泵动脉给药联合化疗的临床应用

以微电脑泵颈外动脉给药途径，四药联合应用对36例舌癌患者行术前诱导化疗。以肿瘤体积缩小50％以上作为有效指标，近期有效率为75％。其中低分化和中分化鳞癌的有效率分别为80％和85．7％，较高分化鳞癌（70．8％）要高。原发灶T2和T3的有效率分别为100％和90．9％，明显高于T4（36．4％）。用微电脑泵灌注给药具有准确、安全、操作简单的优点。本法作为术前的诱导化疗，对于术后5年生存率的影响尚有待进一步研究。

CLINICAL APPLICATION OF COMBINATION CHEMOTHERAPY BY INTRA-ARTERY COMPUTERIZED PUMP INFUSION ON LINGUAL CANCERS

? Thirty-six preoperative patients with lingual cancer were treated by intra-artery combinative inducing chemotherapy through computerized pump infusion. The short term overall response rate was 75%, the response rate of high differentiation squamous cell carclnoma (SCC)(70. 8%) was lower than that of middle differentiation SCC (85. 7%) and low differentation SCC(80% ). With clinical TNM grading,both response rates of T2 (100% ) and that of T3 (90. 9 % ) were higher than that of T4 (36. 4% ). The administration of computerized pump infusion had the advantage of safety, accuracy and easy adjustment. There is still a lot of research work to do about the effect of the preoperative administration on five-year survive rate postoperatively.
