石膏-知母药对按不同比例配伍时微量元素含量的变化

摘    要:目的:探讨中药药对石膏-知母按不同比例配伍时微量元素含量的变化规律。方法:用EDTA滴定法测定石膏、知母按不同比例配伍时药对中钙离子的含量,采用氢火焰原子化法测定该药对按不同比例配伍时钙、镁、铜、铁、锰元素的含量。结果:石膏-知母药对按3:1(m/m)配伍时钙离子含量较高。钙、锰元素的含量随着药对中石膏比例的增大而增高,镁和铜元素的含量变化规律不明显,铁元素在石膏.知母药对按3:1(m/m)配伍时含量最高。结论:该研究有助于探究微量元素的含量与石膏.知母药对药效之间的关系,为中医临床辨证用药提供依据。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To investigate the change regularity of the trace elements in different compatibility proportions of drug couple about Gypsum Fibrosum-Anemarrhenae Rhizoma. METHODS: The contents of calcium ion in different compatibility proportion of Gypsum Fibrosum and Anemarrhenae Rhizoma were determined by EDTA titrimetric method. The contents of calci- um, magnesium, copper, iron and manganese were determined by flame atomic spectrophotometry. RESULTS: The content of cal- cium was the highest at the proportion of 3 : 1 (re~m). The contents of calcium and manganese increased with the increase of Gypsum Fibrosum, while there was no obvious regularity in the change of the contents of magnesium and copper. The content of iron was the highest at the proportion of 3:1 (m/m). CONCLUSIONS: The study can help to probe the relationship of the trace elements with effect of drug couple of Gypsum Fibrosum-Anemarrhenae Rhizoma, and provides scientific basis for clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment.
