白花蛇舌草的化学成分、药理作用及临床应用研究进展

摘    要:目的:为白花蛇舌草现代研究提供理论依据,为其新药开发和质量评价奠定基础。方法:本文通过数据库的检索,对近十年的白花蛇舌草化学成分、药理作用以及临床应用的相关文献资料进行整理与总结。结果:发现白花蛇舌草中主要含有环烯醚萜类、黄酮类、蒽醌类、多糖类、有机酸类以及微量元素等多种化学成分物质;具有抗肿瘤、抗炎、抗氧化活性以及免疫调节等药理作用。白花蛇舌草在炮制方面的研究比较少,临床上常用其治疗各种癌症,包括肠癌、胃癌、肝癌、直肠癌等,与半枝莲和其他抗癌药合用效果更佳。结论:目前白花蛇舌草的化学成分研究较为全面,药理研究多是抗癌、抗炎,临床上常与清热解毒类药物合用,目前暂未见毒副作用的报道。

Abstract:Objective: To provide theoretical basis for modern research of the herb and lay a foundation forthe new drug development and quality evaluation by sorting the research progress of the chemical composition,pharmacological activity and clinical application of the herb. Methods: By searching the database, the literatureon the chemical composition, pharmacological action and clinical application of HDW. in recent ten years weresorted and summarized. Results: It was found that the plant mainly contained iridoid, fl avonoids, anthraquinones,polysaccharides, organic acids and trace elements. It had anti-tumor, anti-infl ammatory, antioxidant activity andimmunomodulatory pharmacological eff ects. There were few studies on the processing of HDW. It was commonlyused in the treatment of various cancers, including bowel cancer, gastric cancer, liver cancer, rectal cancer, etc,and the combination with Scutellaria barbata D. Don and other anticancer drugs had a better eff ect. Conclusion:At present, the chemical composition of HDW has been studied comprehensively. Pharmacological studies mainlyfocus on its anticancer and anti-inflammatory aspects. It is often used in combination with heat-clearing anddetoxifi cation drugs in clinical practice,while no side eff ects have been reported.
