易善复联合复方丹参治疗肝炎肝纤维化临床研究

目的评价易善复联合复方丹参治疗肝炎肝纤维化的临床疗效。方法选择病毒性乙型肝炎合并肝纤维化患者72例,随机分成治疗组和对照组,治疗组40例,应用易善复加复方丹参治疗,疗程2个月。结果治疗组肝功能丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)、胆红素,肝纤维化指标及临床症状等项目的改善均明显优于对照组(P<0.01或0.05),且无明显副作用。结论易善复加复方丹参治疗病毒性肝炎合并肝纤维化对促进肝脏脂肪代谢、降低血脂、修复损伤的肝细胞,且阻止或改善肝纤维化均有明显的功效。

Effect of essential plus red saqe root on virus hepatitis complicated with hepatic fibrosis

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of essential and red saqe root on virus hepatitis merging hepatic fibrosis.Methods Seventy-two patients with virus hepatitis merging fibrosis were divided into treatment group and control group randomly.There were 40 csaes in the treatment group and the therapy lasted 2 months.Results ALT,TBIL,the index of hepatic fibrosis and clinical symptoms in treatment group were obviously improved.There were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05 or (P<)(0.01)),and there was no obviously vice-reaction.Conclusion Essentials and red saqe root can promote the grease's metabolism of liver, repair the damage of hepatic cell and prevent the progress of hepatic fibrosis.
