| 摘 要： | 目的对小儿肠重复畸形的超声图像表现进行回顾性分析,探讨其临床诊断价值。方法应用探头频率为3.5MHz,7.5MHz的腹部超声仪对20例小儿肠重复畸形进行超声检查。结果小儿肠重复畸形超声图像改变分为3型:多层或包块型,囊肿型,憩室型。结论通过提高超声检查经验和技术可以明显提高小儿肠重复畸形的术前诊断正确率。

| Abstract: | Objective To review ultrasound imaging on intestinal duplication in children and to evaluate the clinical value of the ultrasonographic diagnosis. Method 20 patients with intestinal duplication confirmed surgically and pathologically were examined with 3.5MHz and 7.5MHz ultrasound transducers. Results Ultrasound imaging of the intestinal duplication could be devided into three types:layered walls in 4 cases,cystic masses in 10 cases and diverticula types in 6 cases. Conclusion Ultrasonography may increase diagnostic rate intestinal duplication in children. |
