631例亚健康人群中医证候初探

目的：通过调查和分析乌鲁木齐市亚健康人群分布情况及亚健康人群中医证候,为制定亚健康状态的中医辨证论治体系提供科学依据。方法：对不同职业,不同性别、年龄在18-55岁之间的乌鲁木齐市民采取问卷调查及中医临床专家现场访谈后进行中医证候判断相结合的方式进行流行病学调查,合格的问卷由录入员采用Excel软件,将问卷内容输入,进行逐项核查,统计分析软件采用SPSS17.0系统。结果：符合亚健康诊断标准者占78.87%,亚健康状态中医证候分布以肝肾阴虚证最多,痰热内扰证最少,8个证型构成比排列顺序为：肝肾阴虚证〉心脾两虚证〉肝郁化火证〉肝气郁结证〉肝郁脾虚证〉脾虚湿阻证〉肺脾气虚证〉痰热内扰证。结论：认识了亚健康状态的发生情况及中医证候分布特点,对今后亚健康状态的中医干预治疗起到了指导作用。

Discussion on the Differentiation-type of Traditonal Chinese Medicine of 631 Sub-health States

Through investigation and analysis the sub-health of the distribution and sub-health symptom,for the formulation of the sub-health status of chinese medicine tds system provides scientific evidence.Methods：For different occupations,gender and age between 18 and 55 citizen,the public questionnaire survey was conducted among them and adopt interview and questionnaires to collect data and analyzes the result of questionnaire investigation with SPSS17.0.Results：78.87% has explicit diagnosis criteria on sub-health,On syndrome distribution in Chinese Medicine,syndrome of yin deficiency of liver is the most,syndrome of phlegm-heat attacking internally is the least.According to ranking from high to low is syndrome of yin deficiency of liversyndrome of deficiency of both heart and spleensyndrome of exuberance of liver firesyndrome of stagnation of liver qisyndrome of stagnation of liver qi and spleen deficiencysyndrome of dampness-heat stagnating in spleensyndrome of qi deficiency of lung and spleensyndrome of phlegm-heat attacking internally.Conclusion： Traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）is obviously influential in the prevention and cure of sub-health,especially in method of TCM differentiation of symptoms and signs,can provide the feasible pathway for the clinical treatment of sub-healthy state.
