葛根素对噪声性耳聋的防治效果分析

目的对葛根素预防和治疗噪声性耳聋效果进行分析。方法将54例研究对象随机分为观察组32例和对照组22例。给予研究对象相同程度噪声,观察组予以葛根素注射液防治,对照组予以复方丹参防治。比较2组临床疗效及预防效果。结果观察组总有效率为96.9%,高于对照组的72.7%;听力受损率和耳聋率分别为15.6%、12.5%,低于对照组的50.0%、54.5%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论葛根素应用于预防和治疗噪声性耳聋,效果较好,耳聋率较低,有效率较高。

Effect analysis of puerarin in the prevention and treatment of noise-induced deafness

Objective To research and analysis the effect of puerarin in the prevention and treatment of noise-induced hearing loss.Methods 54 cases of subjects were randomly divided into observation group(32 cases) and control group(22 cases).Both groups were given the same degree of noise.The observation group was given puerarin injection,while the control group was given compound danshen.The clinical effect and preventative effect of 2 groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(96.9%) was higher than that of the control group(72.7%);the hearing impairment rate,deafness rate of the observation group was 15.6%,12.5% respectively,which was lower than 50.0%,54.5% of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of puerarin in the prevention and treatment of noise induced deafness is obvious,and the deafness rate of it is lower,the efficiency of it is higher.
