| 摘 要： | 《诸病源候论》,是中医史上现存的第一本专门论述疾病分类、病因病机和证候学的中医学典籍。全书未涉及一方一药以治疗,却辑录了当时已佚的＂养生方导引法＂或＂养生法＂用来防治疾病。呼吸是整个导引动作的核心,对呼吸特点的总结,可以更加深入导引法的研究。
