“S”形切口超薄皮瓣在腋臭治疗中的应用

目的设计应用“S”形切口进行腋窝毛囊、大汗腺、皮下脂肪去除的超薄皮瓣方法，希望探索一种创伤小、效果好的腋臭治疗手术。方法对62例18～42岁腋臭患者，采用“S”形切口形成超薄皮瓣治疗。术中设计切口对位缝合点，修剪皮下毛囊、汗腺形成超薄皮瓣，术后打包加压，术后10天拆线。结果术后经1～4年随访，所有患者手术区皮肤无坏死、感染；切口隐蔽、瘢痕不明显、腋臭症状消失。结论超薄皮瓣法术后并发症少、效果确切，正确的术前设计、术中操作及术后处理是成功的关键。

Cure of osmidrosis with"S"shape subscutaneous vascular network flap(SVNF)

Objective To investigate an operation method with small incision and excellent result for radical cure of osmidrosis.Methods According to the anatomic characteristics of the armpit skin and large sweat glands, 62 cases of osmidrosis were treated with "S" shaped cut SVNF by setting two blue points alongside incision, then repair and clean hair follicle, sweat gland and adipose tissue with scissors to form subscutaneous vascular network flap(SVNF) and then to follow up with tightly rapping the surgery area and increase pressure on it. Remove thread in 10 days. Results After following-up for 1~4 years, postoperative and follow-up results demonstrated satisfactory effects without remarkable scar formation in the axillary region.Conclusion The result of treating osmidrosis with "S" shape subscutaneous vascular network flap(SVNF) showed more superior to that of traditional surgical method. The excellent operative results based on precise preoperative design, operative technique and postoperative care.
