| Abstract: | It introduced source, the distribution of academic career and age, and work ability of first aid nurses. And it put forward that specific nursing management and continuing education of nurses should be strengthened in the future. First aid nursing specialist should be fostered. And psychological pressure of first aid nursing staffs should be eased. |
