| 摘 要： | 目的:比较硝苯吡啶联合博利康尼与单用硝苯吡啶、博利康尼对病态窦房结综合征的疗效。方法:将92例患者随机分为A、B、C、D四组,A组给予硝苯吡啶10mg 4次/d,博利康尼2.5mg 3次/日。B组给予硝苯吡啶10mg 3次/d。C组给予博利康尼2.5mg 3次/d。D组给予维生素C 0.2g,3次/日。结果:A组疗效优于B组(P<0.05)与C组(P<0.01)。结论:硝苯吡啶联合博利康尼治疗病态窦房结综合征疗效优于单用硝苯吡啶与博利康尼。

| Abstract: | Objective:To compare the effect of using nifedipine and bricanyl combinedly and using each of them singly on sick sinus syndrome.Methods:92 patients with sick sinus syndrome were randomly divided into four groups.In group A,nifedipine (10mg, four times a day) and bricanyl(2.5mg,three times a day)were taken;In group B,nifedipine was taken at a dose of lOmg ,four times a day;In group C,bricanyl(2.5mg,three times a day)was taken;In group D.vitamine C was taken at a dose of 0.2g,three times a day. Results: The effect of group A was better than that of either group B (P<0.05) or group c(P< 0.01) .Conclusion: The effect of nifedipine combined with bricanyl are better than each of them singly on sick sinus syndrome. |
