低能量He-Ne激光促进供皮区创面早期愈合研究

摘    要:目的探讨激光促进创面早期愈合,减少瘢痕生成作用机制。方法选择 9例中厚皮片移植术患者供皮区,低能量 He-Ne激光局部体外辐射,进行肉眼观察,胶原代谢定量测试, DNA含量测定,同等条件自体创面对照。结果受试区创面愈合时间较对照区提前 3 d,愈合质量佳,随访 3月未见明显瘢痕生成;受试区羟脯氨酸含量高于对照区, P< 0.01;成纤维细胞 DNA含量二者无显著差异, P >0.05。结论低能量 He-Ne激光体外局部辐射能显著地缩短愈合时间,预防供皮区瘢痕生成。

Abstract:Objective By observing the effect of low level enely He- Ne laser on the local donor site,we explored the possible mechanism of cole of laser on accelerating wound healing and on improving healing quality so as to decrease the possible formation of scar.Method Donor site of split thiokness skin in adwlt plastic patients well radiated by low level He- Ne laser and then grossly inspected.Collagen metabolism and DNA content weles defermined quantitatively.Fibroblast was counted and its proliferation was evaluted.Result Gross inspection revealed that tested donor site wound healed 3 days befase that in control alea.And the healing quality of tested wound was excellent.Following- up of these wounds for three monthe exhibifed no scar formation.The oxyproline content in teste alea was obviously bighes than that in control alea(P< 0.01),But there was no significant diffevence of fibroblast DNA content between these two groups(P >0.05).Conclusion low level energy He- Ne laser in vitro radiation coald accelerate donor site wound healing and shorten healing time so as to improve waund healing qualityo and to prevent scar formation in donor sife.
