| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨体位固定系统在放疗中的质量保证与质量控制.方法 将体位固定材料放置于固体水模上,固体水模中心放置剂量测量仪的电离室,分别用6MV和15MV X线进行照射,得到一组剂量仪读数,然后拿掉体位固定材料,其他条件不变,再去照射,对两组数据进行比较,可得出体位固定材料对X线的穿透因子,结果对不同能量的X线与不同体位固定材料所得的穿透因子也不同.结论 对于相同的体位同定材料,穿透因子随着X射线能量的增加而增加,要确保放射治疗定位和剂量的精度,对于体位固定材料要合理使用,在临床中需对处方剂量进行必要的修正与补偿. |
