针刺结合康复训练治疗脑卒中后吞咽困难疗效观察

目的探讨针刺结合康复训练治疗脑卒中后吞咽困难的效果。方法将72例脑卒中后吞咽困难患者随机分为2组,A组除接受常规治疗外,还接受针灸及吞咽康复训练,B组仅接受常规治疗及吞咽康复训练。2组治疗2个疗程后进行"摄食-吞咽障碍等级"评分,比较2组疗效。结果 2组患者治疗后评分均有明显改善,A组评分改善情况优于B组。结论针刺结合康复训练可明显改善脑卒中后吞咽困难。

Curative effect observation of treatment with acupuncture and rehabilitation training for dysphagia after apoplexy

Objective It is to study the effect of the treatment with acupuncture and rehabilitation training for dysphagia after apoplexy.Methods 72 patients with dysphagia after apoplexy were randomly divided into 2 groups,group A was treated not only with routine therapies,but also with acupuncture and rehabilitation training.Group B was only treated with routine therapies and rehabilitation training.Taking Itirou Fujisima's "ingestive dysfunction and dysphagia level" was evaluated and the effects before and after two treatment courses were compared between the two groups.Results The evaluated scores were obviously improved in both groups after treatment,and the improvement in group A was better than that in group B.Conclusion Acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training can obviously improve dysphagia after apoplexy.
