非小细胞肺癌组织中p16基因表达的意义

目的探讨p16基因蛋白在人非小细胞肺癌组织中的表达情况。方法应用免疫组化SP法检测45例非小细胞肺癌组织、21例肺良性疾病组织中p16基因蛋白的表达情况。结果肺良性疾病中p16蛋白阳性率85．7％，高于肺癌组织的51．1％，差异有统计学意义（P=0．004）；p16蛋白表达阳性率肺癌Ⅰ、Ⅱ期高于Ⅲ、Ⅳ期，无淋巴结转移者高于有淋巴结转移者（P〈0．05）。结论p16基因蛋白的表达情况与非小细胞肺癌的发生、发展有关。

Expression and Significance of p16 Gene Protein in Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

Objective To investigate the expression of p16 gene protein in non-small cell lung cancer. Methods With SP immunohistochemistry, tissue of 21 cases of lung benign diseases and 45 of non-small cell lung cancer were stained by using the monoclonal antibody against the human p16 protein. Results Expression of p16 gene protein was observed in 85.7% of normal tissues,while 51.1% of lung cancer tissues showed p16 gene protein expression （P = 0. 004）. The expression of p16 protein positive rate was significantly correlated with the clinical stage （ Ⅰ , Ⅱ stage was higher than Ⅲ, Ⅳ stage） and the lymph node metastasis was lower than the non one （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Expression of p16 protein was related to the carcinogenesis and development of lung cancer.
