| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨参加新型农村合作医疗的住院患者医疗费用的主要支配因子，为控制住院医疗费用的过度增长提供科学依据。方法：某3所县级医院2008年就诊的参加新型农村合作医疗6475人为样本，采用因子分析的方法对出院病人的各项医疗费用进行分析。结果：床位治疗西药因子、手术检查因子、护理因子和中药因子是支配病人住院费用的4个公因子。结论：控制医疗费用的过度增长，应着力降低药费和治疗费，加强对参加新型合作医疗的农民医疗补偿比例。
