16排螺旋CT在腹膜后上区占位病变定位诊断中的价值

摘    要:目的探讨16排螺旋CT在腹膜后上区占位病变定位诊断中的应用价值。方法收集16排螺旋CT行腹膜后上区扫描病例26例,其中18例行增强扫描。不能确切定位的病例再采用冠状位、矢状位及曲面重建。结果腹膜后上区占位病变26例轴位CT像中,很难定位的有5例(19.5%),采用冠状位、矢状位等多层面重建后,定位准确率为100%。结论16排螺旋CT重建效果好,在腹膜后上区定位诊断优于其他CT。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the usefulness of 16 rows helical CT in location of mass in upper retroperitoneal region. Methods 26 cases of CT images of upper retroperitoneal mass (including 18 patients with enhancement) were reviewed. Results It was difficult to locate mass in 19.2% of the 26 cases in upper retroperitoneal region using only axial CT film, while the mass origins were correctly defined with multiple slice reconstruction on coronary plane and sagittal plane with CT image. Conclusion Multiple image reconstruction with 16 slices helical CT examination is superior to other CT in location of upper retroperitoneal mass.
