| 摘 要： | 目的了解近年广州市人群华支睾吸虫及土源性线虫感染现状,评估防治效果,为制定防治策略提供依据。方法根据监测方案,2006-2010年对全市12个区、县级市采用分层整群抽样法进行人群调查,采用改良加藤氏厚涂片法粪检虫卵。结果共粪检11477人,总感染率为9.1%,其中华支睾吸虫感染率为7.46%。2009年人群的感染率为24.39%。地区分布中番禺区总感染率最高为34.48%,其次为南沙区和黄埔区;增城、南沙等农村土源性线虫仍有一定的感染率,各区县之间的感染率差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论华支睾吸虫感染率维持在较高水平,土源性线虫感染率下降较明显,应采取有效的综合防治措施,降低人群寄生虫感染率。
